The Long Staple Cotton Digital Embroidery Collection is made of 100% long staple cotton fabric, which is softer, finer and more breathable compared to ordinary cotton. It provides a luxurious drape and is enhanced with the EF soft and smooth technique, giving the fabric a silky touch and lustrous appearance. 

The collection incorporates the innovative "Digital Embroidery"technique, combining the advantages of digital printing and embroidery. By using embroidery software to design and adjust 3D patterns, and applying color separation software for layered processing, intricate digital embroidery patterns are created. 

The digital reactive printing technology preserves the three-dimensional and layered effects of traditional embroidery, ensuring vibrant and long-lasting colors that resist fading. The mercerization process enhances the fabric's lustrousness, thus amplifying the visual impact of the digital embroidery pattern. Compared to traditional embroidery techniques, digital embroidery offers a softer, smoother texture and is less prone to snagging or wrinkling. This technology is patented and has been awarded the first prize of"Excellent Fabrics in China's Printing and Dyeing Industry".
