Member Clause

The membership service membership program, by A-Fontane^® management and operation. The services provided must be strictly enforced in accordance with the terms and conditions of their services. Customers through the completion of the procedures for the registration and click "register" button, it means that customers have become a member and with A-Fontane^® reached an agreement to accept all entered into the membership service terms and conditions.

1        Application procedure

         i.     Customers in A-Fontane^® website for use and can start to use membership services.

         ii.    Each member can only have one membership number at the same time. If found to be re registered, all will be deleted without further notice, including points.

        iii.    If you have registered as a VIP member under the line shop or department store counter, you can login to use the online membership service by using the login name and password on the email at the time.

        iv.    This will be used by members only, not transferable.

         v.    A-Fontane^® has final authority approved the membership.

2        Member account and password

         i.     Members shall properly keep the member account and password, and shall be responsible for all activities and events of the account. By hacking or negligence in the custody of member account illegal use by others, A-Fontane^® will not take any responsibility. If you find any illegal use of the member account or breach of security, please contact A-Fontane^® immediately.

         ii.    Members can change the password by A-Fontane^® website member.

3        Member service content and modification of terms and conditions

      i.  A-Fontane® can exercise complete discretion at any time to change the ultimate right to membership system architecture, special offers and other projects, including the terms and conditions; or termination of the membership system. A-Fontane® will try to change any notice to all members,members are responsible to change and update the relevant terms and conditions.Membership is to indicate that the member has accepted any changes in the use of the program. Any losses caused by the relevant changes, A-Fontane® will not be responsible for.

4        Personal Information Collection Statement

         i.      Members is voluntary provide the personal data information that will be used for operation and management of A-Fontane^® & reg; membership program, including integral calculation, management and reward redemption with; or as future data collection, development plans, and as a member of the provide communications and information. If member fails to provide or update, or cause & reg;failed to A-Fontane^® for members to provide established membership services and relevant preferential, when membership may will be terminated. If you do not provide the personal data information including the name and email, A-Fontane® may not bale to provide you with our products and approve the member registration. A-Fontane® 

         ii.     A-Fontane^®  do not open, edit or disclose the personal information of users and save in the A-Fontane^® & reg;membership services non disclosure. Personal information or information will be forwarded to the supplier for the membership of the latest information,information and services. Members have the right to refuse to receive

        iii.     It is the responsibility of the Member to notify A-Fontane^® of their latest communication methods. A-Fontane^® is not responsible for any loss caused by the Member's failure to notify A-Fontane^® of the communication method. Member can amend and/or change the personal data at Flagship store or send email to cs@afontane.com 

5        Notice

         i.      All notices will send to member via website announcements, e-mails,letters or any public channel, including changes of terms and service or other important matters.

         ii.     A-Fontane^® reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

6        Price and Payment

              A-Fontane® will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure, but cannot guarantee, that the prices stated in the Online Store are accurate. A-Fontane® reserves the right to correct any errors. If it is found that the price of any Product ordered by the Customer is incorrect, A-Fontane® will notify the Customer as soon as possible. In such case, the Customer can choose to:

1. 1. i. reconfirm the Order;
   2. ii. cancel the Order; or
   3. iii. if the Customer cannot be contacted, A-Fontane® will treat this as a cancelled Order and arrange refund.
               A-Fontane® will not charge the Customer the Restocking Fee for the above situations.
2.              A-Fontane® reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

7        Photo color and pattern placement difference 

         i.      Photos are for reference only. Product color may vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Pattern placement on the final product may slightly vary due to random cut of the fabric. The actual product shall govern.

8.   During the Mega Sale, VIP Birthday Offer, First Purchase 15% Offer and Corporate Offer will be suspended without further notice.
